Your Vision & Goals
In this initial meeting, our goal is to identify your needs and vision for your new home construction or renovation project. Topics discussed: Land, design, budget, timeline. This consultation will give our team some important information to start formulating recommendations.
You will also learn more about the Monarch team and our process. This meeting will be time well spent in helping you determine if MBG fit your needs. If so, we will schedule a time to move forward with the next phase…Home and Site Design!
2. Home and Site Design
Your Land, Your Home
Already own land? If not, we will be happy to assist you in finding the right land for your new home. When your site is determined, we will meet to walk your property with you. The Monarch Team understands the challenges and opportunities that different lots present.
After this site visit, we will schedule a series of meetings to discuss potential house plans and further goals. If you already have a plan in mind, we can review it in detail and make any necessary revisions in order to customize to meet your particular needs. This is a perfect time to get your creative juices flowing! Want a dog-bath? Visualizing a custom firepit for family gatherings? No detail is overlooked!
3. Proposal
Your Investment
After your plans are finalized, our design staff will meet to discuss home details; cabinetry, flooring, countertops, exterior finishes. Whether you have a collection of photos, idea board from Pinterest, or need our help creating a beautiful space, we have the expertise to take your ideas and bring them to life!
This important information will allow us to create a comprehensive project budget. Together, we will review each budget line, answer any questions, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize contract.
4. Selections
Beauty's in the Detail
After determining your budget and design style, the fun begins!! Several meetings will be scheduled with our design specialist where you bring your favorite design ideas and styles to the table. During this phase, you will be selecting countertops, paint colors, plumbing and light fixtures, cabinetry, flooring and personal touches that you want in order to make your home a treasured space!
5. Construction
A journey to home
There’s nothing more groundbreaking than actually breaking ground on your custom home! During this phase, you will meet with the project manager to talk about process and timeline. Here at Monarch Building Group, we pride ourselves with having transparent communication throughout the building process. We do this by holding regular team meetings, maintaining daily project status reports and taking progress photos of site to share with you. This is one of the many areas that highlight the MBG difference!
6. Welcome Home
There's No Place Like Home
Welcome Home! You will see our quality standards guarantee play out when you do the final walk-through with one of our construction managers. Our Homeowner Warranty Manual will be given to you as a reference guide on caring for your new home. Information on our one-year limited warranty and thorough maintenance guidelines will be helpful years after you move in.
